Located in Leander just north of Austin, Crystal Falls is a beautiful, sprawling community situated in Travis County and offering amenities and activities for folks of all ages and interests, with 5 distinct neighborhood sections: The Boulders, The Fairways, Grand Mesa, Cap Rock, and The Highlands 

Amenities include 

– 18 hole golf course 

– Tennis courts 

– Multiple pools including Grotto pool, jr olympic sized pool, plus toddler pool and splash pad for the littles 

– 18 hole disc golf course 

– Multiple playscapes and parks 

– Fishing lake 

Crystal Falls is located within the exemplary Leander ISD, and feeds into 3 elementary schools (Whitestone, Knowles and Winkley), 2 middle schools (Running Brushy and Leander) and Leander High School. 

If you are interested in purchasing a home in Crystal Falls, you can expect list prices to start around the low to mid $400’s, for homes around 1500-1600 square feet, and reaching as high as $2.5M and beyond. Of course many factors determine pricing, such as square footage, builder, location, views, and lot size. Some of the popular builders in the area include Taylor Morrison, Coventry Homes, and Drees Custom Homes, among others. Some homesites boast sweeping hill country views, while others may be on the golf course, or near one of the many community amenities. The HOA puts on several community events throughout the year, including concerts in the park, food truck days, movies in the pool, and so many more, with plenty of fun for family members of all ages! 

Finding things to do nearby is a breeze, with convenient shopping and dining options in areas like 1890 Ranch, which has popular local options like Jack Allen’s Kitchen and Via 313 Pizza (2 of my personal favorites!), The Parke shopping plaza which features Nordstrom Rack, Costco, Dick’s Sporting Goods and many more, and the HEB Center which hosts concerts, theater productions, and is home to the AHL Texas Stars Hockey Team. 

If a relaxed, outdoor, live music environment is what you’re looking for, nearby options include Haute Spot and The Good Lot.
