Allandale is bounded by Anderson Lane on the north, by Shoal Creek at 45th Street (from MoPac to the Shoal Creek waterway, and following the waterway to Hancock Drive) to the south, with Burnet Road as its eastern boundary and MoPac as the western boundary.

Barton Creek

Barton Creek is a tributary that feeds the Colorado River as it flows through the Texas Hill Country. The creek passes through some of the more scenic areas in Greater Austin, surrounded in many parts by a greenbelt of protected lands that serves as a habitat for many indigenous species of flora and fauna.The creek passes through Barton Creek Greenbelt and is fed by Barton Springs.

Barton Hills

Barton Hill is bounded by South Lamar and Zilker neighborhoods to the east, Barton Springs Road and Zilker Park to the north, Barton Creek and the Spyglass-Barton’s Bluff neighborhood to the west and the Capital of Texas Highway to the south.

Bouldin Creek

Bouldin Creek’s bright storefronts and eccentric art galleries garner this funky neighborhood its must-see status. Located directly across Lady Bird Lake from Downtown, Bouldin Creek blends central city convenience with edgy entertainment.

Brentwood

Brentwood is bordered by Burnet Road and Allandale to the west, North Lamar Boulevard and North Loop on the east, 45th Street and Rosedale to the south, and Justin Lane and Crestview to the north.

Bryker Woods

Bryker Woods is an older Austin, Texas, central city neighborhood developed in the 1930s, the center of which is approximately located at 30°18′17″N 97°45′06″WCoordinates: 30°18′17″N 97°45′06″W. The Bryker Woods neighborhood is also part of the Old West Austin Historic District.

Clarksville

Clarksville is an area located west of downtown Austin near Lady Bird Lake and just northeast of the intersection of the Missouri Pacific Railroad and West Tenth Street.

Hyde Park

Hyde Park is a neighborhood and historic district in Austin, Texas. Located in Central Austin, Hyde Park is defined by W. 38th Street to the south, W. 51st Street to the north, Duval Street to the east, and Guadalupe Street to the west. It is situated just north of the University of Texas and borders the neighborhoods of Hancock and North Loop.

Lake Pointe

Lakeway

Lakeway lives up to its name and is known for its access to Austin’s two main bodies of water: Lake Travis and Lake Austin. A great place to experience that is at the lakeway city park. It really has everything, swimming areas, a boat launch for paddle boards, kayaks and other non motorized boats, running and walking trails, two kids parks and an off leash area for your best bud!

Northwest Hills

Northwest Hills is located west of Mopac, and the Allandale and North Shoal Creek neighborhoods. The neighborhood is bounded to the south by RM 2222, Mesa Drive to the west and Spicewood Springs Road to the north. Northwest Hills is known as an affluent, close-in suburb with tall trees and exemplary schools.

Pemberton Heights

Pemberton Heights is a neighborhood of Austin, Texas, and part of the Old West Austin Historic District. The area is bounded by Westover Road on the north, Lamar Boulevard/Shoal Creek on the east, 24th Street/Windsor Road on the south, and Texas State Highway Loop 1 (“MoPac”) on the west.Development of the area, which was originally outside the Austin city limits, began in 1927.

Rosedale

Rosedale neighborhood is located in north central Austin, Texas. The neighborhood borders on 38th Street to the south, Shoal Creek to the west, North Loop / Hancock Drive to the north, and Lamar Boulevard to the east.

Shoal Creek

Shoal Creek is bordered by Mopac to the west, Research Blvd on the North, Burnet Road to the East and Anderson Lane on the South, located in the north part of the City of Austin’s Urban Core and increasingly popular NoBu (North Burnet Road) Area.

Spanish Oaks

West Lake Hills is a city in Travis County, Texas, United States. The city of West lake Hills is a suburb of Austin, located on the west side of Austin. The city developed rapidly in the 1970s and 1980s on the south side of the Colorado River.

Zilker Park

Zilker Park is a recreational area in south Austin, Texas at the juncture of Barton Creek and the Colorado River that comprises over 350 acres (142 ha) of publicly owned land. The park serves as a hub for many recreational activities and the hike and bike trail around Lady Bird Lake, both of which run next to the park.
